I oversee product growth and development in international markets, as well as operations, sales channels, and product distribution domestically, for the world’s fastest growing essential oil reference publisher.

Volunteer Director // LOVELOUD Foundation

02/2018 - Current

I built the volunteer organization from concept to over 1,000 volunteers and counting. I manage all volunteer engagement and events throughout the year, including the hundreds of volunteers we have on site during the annual Festival. I also oversee various logistical and operational projects for the LOVELOUD Foundation, including loveloudfest.com, merchandise sales and fulfillment, ticketing fulfillment, charity partner relationships, marketing efforts, and event planning. It is an honor to be a part of the LOVELOUD managing team, which drew 35,000 attendees in 2018 and 20,000 in 2019.

 

 

I am an innovative project manager, experience designer, and strategist with years of leadership experience in growing tech startups, eCommerce, events, and non-profit. PAST EXPERIENCE

Co-Owner // Nastei Property Solutions, LLC

2017 - 2019

I ran and operated a successful real estate loss mitigation company that reported on foreclosing and defaulting properties. We also specialize in nationally mobile teams and digital reporting. We have completed large projects in six states, employed a team of subcontractors, and generated hundreds of thousands in annual revenue.

Business Development Manager // Podium

2017

I consulted on Podium’s then-new texting capabilities and features, allowing Podium to better directly compete in the texting software market. I developed new business relationships, facilitating larger adoption of and engagement with Podium software, specifically with the auto industry. I prospected and qualified new sales opportunities.

Business & Product Development, Account Executive // Skipio

2016 - 2017

I was hired as employee number three to develop the sales, onboarding, and customer service processes. With customer feedback, I was able to consult on product design and experience. I executed on new industry verticals, for which I built new feature packages specific to those industries. I sold hundreds of thousands in annual recurring revenue. I wore many hats here!

Project Manager // Rollins Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology

2014 - 2016

I developed and managed a startup accelerator program—BoomStartup—where five tech businesses spent each summer getting intensive mentoring, networking, and seed funding, all while using agile and lean startup methods. I hired and managed a team of interns for the accelerator program. I also oversaw Rollins Center mentoring relationships between mentors and entrepreneurs, as well as executed on other special Rollins Center projects.
